What is

On you can watch and interact with thousands of the world’s hottest webcam models. Sit back and watch a free (non-nude) chat, join a nude chat, or get really intimate in private one-on-one sessions with your favorite models. Get to know individual performers through their profiles and let them get to know you by posting your own bio and photos. When you join a model's fan club you can even read their online diaries and email them directly. doesn't just let you watch your favorite models - it puts you up and close and personal with the sexiest, kinkiest performers around!

Is really free?

Absolutely! Both Guest and Basic memberships are completely free and offer a variety of great features. Guests can see photos from current live chats, check out model bios and view public galleries. Basic members enjoy the same features, plus the ability to interact in live (non-nude) chats, view pubic galleries of the models in action, and check out model fan clubs. Basic members can also purchase tokens to use in nude/private chats and watch thousands hours of recorded shows.

For more intimate access to models, members can also upgrade to Premiere memberships, and join model Fan Clubs to receive perks like special treatment from the models, live chat discounts, and much more!

Where can I find pricing information?

Models set their own prices on a per-minute basis. Once you have chosen a model to go into nude/private chat with, you will see the per-minute price. You can choose to accept or cancel at that time.

Does the site have a recurring fee?

Unless you purchase a Premier or Fan Club membership (both allow the option to auto-renew), there are no recurring charges.


What kind of live shows are available? offers seven types of live performances:

Free Chats: As a member, you can chat with your favorite performers for as long you like or until you decide to take the model private using our Private or Party Chat features. You may still watch the conversation and video as a Guest, but must become a member to join in on the fun.

Unlike Private, Party, Nude and Voyeur Chat, Free Chat contains no nudity.

Private Chats: Direct the performer to satisfy any desire you wish! Almost anything goes as you and your favorite models spend as much private time together as you like. As the name Private Chat suggests, other members cannot hear the audio (when available) or see the text of your conversation. To find a performer for a Private Chat, enter Free Chat and look for the "Start Private Show" button.

Nude Chats: Just like Private Chat, except other members may also interact with the performer. To get the performer's full attention, use Private Chat.

Tipping Chat: A version of Free Chat that allows members to leave tips, make requests, and contribute to the model's tipping goal. Models may encourage members to tip in order to view a special show. The model can only be nude during the show.

Voyeur View: Watch the video portion of any Private Chat as a voyeur, or preview your next Private Chat. You may view for as little or as long as you like, but once the Private Chat ends, so does your Voyeur View session. Like any good voyeur, you are at the whim of others.

Cam-to-Cam: Need a new reason to use your webcam? Spice up your chat! For a truly interactive experience, use your webcam to broadcast yourself to performers during Free, Private, Nude, and Party Chat. Only the performer can see you, so get as kinky as you like.

Party Chat: This feature allows you and other members to chat with your favorite model at the same time. Simply select the Party Chat button at any time during Free Chat - once this has been initiated, other members are free to join as well. This option is cheaper than Private Chat, as it allows you to get the full nude experience at a better price.

What is tagging?

Tagging is a new feature that enables you to view models based on hashtag topics such as #ohmibod #smalltits #tattoos. As a model uses hashtags in her chatroom while broadcasting, the model will automatically be listed on our Tags page, under each of the hashtag categories she/he has tagged.

How do I find a model using tags?

You can find models using hashtags by clicking on the “Tags” tab on the top navigation bar. You will then be taken to the Tagging Page in which the top trending tags are displayed. From there, you can peruse through the “Popular Tags” or “All Tags” on the left navigation bar. Models will be dynamically displayed under the hashtag topic that they are currently tagging in their chatroom.

What are recorded shows?

Most models record some or all of their shows so members can view them at any time. If you missed a certain model's latest show - or just want to enjoy it again – go to their Bio page and click "My Recorded Shows," then select any image to start watching. Recorded shows are a Premium feature, but Premiere and Basic members can use account funds to view them as well. Note: Fan Club members have free, unlimited access to all their model's recorded shows.

What are Fan Clubs?

Fan Clubs are a great way to learn more about your favorite model! If there's a performer or performers you really enjoy, you can (for a fee) join their Fan Club and get a 10% discount whenever you access their Nude and Private Chats. You'll also get FREE access to their galleries and pre-recorded shows, email privileges to that model (if you're still a Basic member), and special videos made exclusively for fan club members. It's a great way of getting to know your favorite model better!

You can join a Fan Club by going to a model's Bio page and clicking the "Join my Fan Club" link below her pictures.

What are the model galleries?

Every model on has a personal collection of erotic photos for Premiere and Fan Club members to enjoy. To view the photos, click on any of the sample pics displayed on the model’s bio page.

What does the HD icon mean?

The HD icon indicates the show is available in high-definition, delivering higher video resolution and better sound. It’s the best way to see your favorite models in action!

What are the Membership levels and what do they mean?

There are three levels of membership: Basic, Premiere, and VIP.

Basic Members can interact with models during live shows, and buy access to private galleries as well as recorded, nude, and private one-on-one shows.

Premiere Members receive all the benefits of a Basic membership, plus free access to thousands of hot webcam galleries and the ability to message any performer directly. They also receive discounts on paid live shows, and get even more attention from the models.

VIP Members have unlimited spending privileges. It is not necessary to buy a Premiere membership in order to become a VIP.


I am not getting my password or other emails from

Due to the number of emails sends out, your email provider may classify some of the messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from other members, as well as site announcements and updates, please select your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions provided.

Choose your email provider:

  1. Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu in the upper right-hand corner of your Inbox screen
  2. Choose the "Safe and blocked senders" option in the "Preventing junk email" section
  3. Select the "Safe senders" option
  4. Type "" into the address box
  5. Click the "Add to list" button
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the following email addresses.
Yahoo! Mail
  1. Click the "Contacts" icon in the upper left-hand corner of your Inbox
  2. Select the "New Contact" option
  3. Fill out the "Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail
  4. Choose "Save"
  5. Repeat steps 2, 3 & 4 for the following email addresses:
America Online (AOL)
  1. In your AOL web mail, select the Contacts section, and click on "New Contact" tab.
  2. Enter the email address "" in the 'Email 1' field and complete any sections necessary. Then click on "Add Contact"
  3. Repeat step 2 for these email addresses:
Microsoft Network
  1. Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu in the upper right-hand corner of your Inbox screen
  2. Choose the "Safe and blocked senders" option in the "Preventing junk email" section
  3. Select the "Safe senders" option
  4. Type "" into the address box
  5. Click the "Add to list" button
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the following email addresses.
Microsoft Outlook 2010
  1. With Outlook open and the Home tab on the Ribbon active, click on the Junk button (in the Delete group) and select Junk E-mail Options. Once the Junk E-mail Options window appears, switch to the Safe Senders tab.
  2. Click the Add button. In the window that appears, type " " into the address box and click OK.
  3. Repeat steps 2 for the following email addresses:

  2. It's a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to see if any messages were routed there by mistake.

Note: Occasionally, you might receive a large amount of email from in one day. Even if you do not wish to read these emails, do not report them as junk or spam, as all future emails will be sent directly to your Spam folder.

If I forgot my password or login, what should I do?

Find your password using our automated password/handle lookup form. Note: If you've changed your email address recently, will verify the new address by changing your password and sending it to the new email address.

What if it says my password is incorrect?

Use your browser’s "back" button to return to the login screen, then clear the fields and enter your information again. If this still doesn’t work, use the automated password/username lookup form to have your login information sent to you.

    Common reasons your login information may not be working:

    • Your account was deleted during our review process. Please check your email inbox for a notice regarding this matter.
    • You’ve updated your account and have a new password. Please check your email inbox for your new password and login again.
    • You need to clear your browser’s cache and make sure you aren’t using a “Bookmark” or “Hotlist” link.
    • Your caps lock may be on.

Why isn’t my credit card being accepted?

Make sure you entered the correct billing address and CVV2 number for the credit card you are using. If you are still having issues, contact us for further assistance.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Pay online:

Pay by mail:

The check or money order should be made payable to Streamray Inc. Be sure to retain a copy of the receipt as proof of payment. Checks are accepted in the following currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, ZAR, and DKK.

To access the “Mail-in Upgrade” form, click the “Add Funds” link on the header, then select the funds you wish to purchase. Be sure to select the “Fax/Mail Payment” under Payment Method, then click the “Print” button which will take you to the final page. Print the form and attach it to your payment before submitting it to us.

Note: You may also fill-out the Upgrade/Credit Card page, then print and mail it to the address above, or fax it to 1-408-745-5680. Within 72 hours of receipt, we’ll charge your credit card and activate your Premium status. *The owner of the credit card must sign the bottom of the page to authorize the charges.

How do I add funds?

How do I delete my account?

  4. Click the “My account” link.
  5. Click the “Profile Availability” under the Personal Preferences section.
  6. Click on the “Delete your account” link.
  7. Enter the password for the account.
  8. Click the “Yes, delete my account” button.
  9. You will see the “Goodbye, [handle]” confirmation page.

How do I change my autoplay settings in macOS Safari?

How to autoplay videos:
Option 1: The quick way
1. Click on Safari > Settings or right-click the URL box and select Settings for This Website.

2. A pop-up will appear underneath the URL box. There is a listing that says Auto-Play. If you move your cursor over the phrase next to Auto-Play, you will see that it turns into a pop-up menu with three choices:

• Allow All Auto-Play
• Stop Media with Sound
• Never Auto-Play
3. Select Allow All Auto-Play
4. Now click anywhere on the screen to make the pop-up disappear.

Option 2:
1. When on Click on Safari > Preferences.
2. Click on the Websites icon at the top of the main window.
3. Click on Auto-Play in the left column.
